2011年11月4日晚应邀在诺丁汉大学宁波校区举办的“The World Economy Annual China Lectures”上发表英文演讲。演讲的题目是“Why Zhu Rongji Might Be Right: Understanding the Mechanism of Economic Development in China”。演讲会由英国诺丁汉大学校长、The World Economy 的主编 David Greenaway教授主持。
